If I'm going shopping, should I wear...?

-If I go shopping around Labor Day, should I wear:

1. An orange and taupe maxi dress with cork wedge heels

2. black or khaki leggings and sandals like this

3 a mini skirt with some bright tights, a matching shirt and mary janes or heelsSorry, I don't mean to throw a wrench in your plan. But I would suggest a combination of the three: mini skirt, black leggings, cork wedges. It depends on what you are buying. You should wear clothes that fit you well, and if possible, that are sort of like what you are going to buy.

Wearing good-fitting clothes will make you conscious of any fit problems with the clothes you try on. And psychologically, it helps to be dressed in something fairly close to what you are shopping for. That's not always possible of course, but you wouldn't want to wear shorts to try on fancy dresses.
I would go for a comfy outfit that'll keep you cool at the same time. The leggings and sandals along with a t-shirt would probably be best. High heels aren't really ideal for shopping and if you wore the tights and shirt you'd probably be too warm (well, depending on the weather where you are).
Why would you wear that just to go shopping
I think you should just go naked.
