Small Size High Heels?!?

-Okay, My Friend Is 13 And Is A Size 2 Shoe. For Her Birthday She Really Wanted A Pair Of High Heels In Her Size. Where To Find Some?amazon are really good for things like that! just checked, while there isn't much choice, these black ones are fab and would go with anything! they go from a size 2 and are reasonably priced, hope this helps! :)
