What to wear at a Ke$ha concert?

-Okay so I'm going to the Ke$ha concert in a few days and I can't decide between two shirts. Im going to wear ripped up tights with dark washed Jean shorts and black converse that have decorations on them in neon colors, big peachish colored feather earrings and maybe some bangles but idk yet. For shirts, I either have a black sparkly tank top, or a cut off over the shoulder plain black shirt and I can't decide which one! So which shirt should I wear? What would be more like Ke$ha? Thank you!I'm going to a Ke$ha concert too in a few days so we are probably going to the same one! Any ways, I'd wear the cut off one. The sparkles may be too much and I think it's more Ke$ha-ish.
